Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the personal data Kibbe.ai (“Kibbe”, “we”, “us”) collects through the Kibbe.ai website, developer dashboard, documentation and API — account details, API keys, and how developers use the platform. It does not cover the product images and catalogs you send to the API, which are governed by our Data Processing Agreement, or how we build our fashion index, which is described on our Data Sourcing page. Information we collect

  Account information — name, work email, company and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) when you create an account or sign in with GitHub, Google or Microsoft.

  API and usage data — request metadata such as endpoint, timestamp, response code, latency and the key used, so we can bill accurately, enforce rate limits and debug issues.

  Billing information — company billing details and payment method, handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.

  Cookies — a session cookie for the dashboard and a preference cookie for your theme. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use personal data to run your account and API keys, meter and bill usage, keep the service secure, reply to support requests and understand which endpoints and docs are useful. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share it

We share data only with the infrastructure, payment and support providers who help us run Kibbe.ai, under contracts that require them to protect it. Teammates in your organization can see what your role settings allow. We never share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal, billing and security reasons. API request logs are kept for 30 days, then aggregated or deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@kibbe.ai to make a request — we may need to verify your identity first.

International transfers

Kibbe.ai and its providers may process data in countries other than yours, always under safeguards consistent with this policy.

Children

Kibbe.ai is a business product for developers and companies. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account owners by email.
