Getting started/Quickstart

Quickstart

Create a sandbox key, tag your first image and query body-type fit. Three steps, no card.

  1. 1
    Create a sandbox key
Open the dashboard, go to API keys and create a key scoped to Sandbox. Copy it once — we only show it at creation.
  2. 2
    Tag a product image
Send any public image URL. You get back structured attributes and Kibbe fit in a single response.
    curl -X POST https://api.kibbe.ai/v1/tag \
      -H "Authorization: Bearer kb_sb_…" \
      -d '{ "image_url": "https://cdn.shop/sku-4821.jpg" }'
  3. 3
    Ask who it flatters
Pass the item id to the fit endpoint to rank all 13 Kibbe image IDs for that garment.
    curl https://api.kibbe.ai/v1/fit?item_id=itm_8f4c2a1b \
      -H "Authorization: Bearer kb_sb_…"

What you should see

A 200 from /tag with category, silhouette, fabric and color fields, then a 200 from /fit with a ranked list of image IDs and a score for each.

✓
Install an SDK to skip the curl. Every example in these docs has TypeScript and Python equivalents in the SDKs page.
